The Brashear boys took on North Shelby in the Class 1 District 11 semi-finals Wednesday. Brashear took an early lead and were up 36-24 at halftime. North Shelby wasn't ready to go away and closed the lead to 48-42 by the end of the 3rd quarter. The game was close all through the 4th quarter, but Brashear hung on to advance to the district championship game 67-62.
